I have been working at Indegene full-time (More than 3 years)
The Company has multiple departments,if you are luck you will join a growth department which will make you learn a lot in terms of creative technology.
The department i joined last year had only about a 97 people, but in 4 months has about 210 plus people. This is a large growth for the company and during this growth, there are times of
work pressure, and stress which we need to take,we are also asked to take interviews etc, how can they expect so much work from us.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Indegene (Bengaluru).
1st Day: A mockup was provided which was supposed to be designed using web technologies.
2nd Day(After a gap of few days and few rescheduled meetings and few phone inquiries): English test, Easy technical generic questions in interview, Very long wait till evening. After that, 5 minutes meeting with a higher authority which is more of just introduction. Things were explained to me as if I am already selected for the position.
HR said, we'll notify you. If you are shortlisted, there would be a meeting with HR and the director.
After repeated calls, I got to know I was not shortlisted. This happened with few of us who went there. We all were puzzled because the interviews went great for all of us, as in their were no questions asked which would make us doubt on our performances.
Advice to Management:
Please improve the execution of interview process. Making them wait for 9 hours just for 5-10 minutes interview demonstrates the lack of respect for candidate's time. :)
