Interview
The first day of the induction process is really pathetic where candidates are called and they are informed to wait for long hours then the HR informs for getting medical certificate. Later on they tell the candidates to fill the form online using their mobile late in the afternoon. This all process could have been informed to the candidate earlier so that the candidate can fill the form in their home and things can be processed quickly without wasting time. Bogus interview process of Indusind bank where the HR is not about cautious that they are simply wasting time.
