Interview
*I recently had an interview experience with this company, and while I was excited about the opportunity, I must admit that the scheduling and communication aspects left a lot to be desired. *During the initial phone call interview, we had finalized the date and time for the next interview round. However, things seemed to have gone off track from there. It was apparent that there was a lack of coordination between the interview panel and the scheduling team. I received conflicting messages about the interview date, with some suggesting the possibility of rescheduling for the same day and even mentioning that a panelist from Romania would be involved. *What disappointed me the most was the feedback process. It felt as though the feedback provided was somewhat generic and potentially copy-pasted. It would have been appreciated if there had been more personalized attention and if the feedback had been discussed with the panelists, especially considering the potential involvement of a Romania-based panelist. *I strongly believe that a more organized and streamlined approach to scheduling and communication would greatly enhance the candidate experience. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview with the company and the effort put into the process, I believe that addressing these issues would go a long way in making candidates feel valued and respected throughout the interview journey. *In conclusion, I hope that the company takes this feedback constructively and works on improving their communication and scheduling processes. As a candidate, it's important to feel that our time and efforts are respected, and a smoother interview experience would certainly reflect positively on the company's reputation. *Cons: -Scheduling discrepancies and conflicting messages. ;Generic feedback that seemed potentially copy-pasted. -;Lack of coordination between interview panel and scheduling team. *Advice to Management:> I recommend taking a closer look at the communication and scheduling processes. Ensuring clear and consistent communication, as well as involving panelists in providing thoughtful feedback, can significantly enhance the overall candidate experience.Interviewthey are asking question regarding to the basic question of Reactjs,Nodejs, what tech stack you use in previous project.
