My LWD is today at Infosys .Still my second approver has not approved my separation Will it be auto approved?Also i have not received any mail or communication from HR regarding exit interview .My BPHR is out of office.Whom should i contact for the exit interview?

Dear All, I am currently serving in notice in Infosys as a Technology Analyst with the overall experiance 6.5 years. I do have a best offer from a product based company which is close to 90 % hike. Now Infosys trying to retain me and they are offering Canada / Belgium Visa. They are convincing me that they will send me in next 3 months. I told them like if you are okay to give me 70 % hike and VISA initiation, then I can consider. Was this a right move ? Pls share your suggs / exp.
