This company and it’s forks in senior leadership and management are extremely good mentors. They provide you with an open field to learn, experiment and work. Each resource is treated as equals and healthy discussion is the key of the company’s success. They not just mentor you in tech but also in other areas of professional world, like customer-interaction, ethics and team spirit. The company also promotes healthy party culture along with sports.
Cons
Some mis-hiring happened in past 1-2 years which impacted the environment which I never felt in my last 5years of tenure.
