Mission: Powering prosperity around the world
Shaping powerful ideas, and impactful careers
Create powerful new ways to simplify customers' financial lives so they do more, make more and be more. Whether you work in our Product Development Centre in Bangalore or Business Development centres in Gurgaon and Jaipur, you'll help design and launch industry-leading products like QuickBooks and TurboTax. You'll take risks. Test your ideas. Experiment and refine. And capitalize on cutting-edge technologies. In the process, you'll do the best work of your life. The result? Bold and meaningful innovation that enables over 50 million consumers and small businesses to take charge of their money and reach their potential. It’s innovation that’s helped make us #1 in the IT industry category on India’s Best Companies to Work for 2017.
At Intuit, innovation is everyone’s job, no matter where they are across the globe. We live and breathe it in India. And we supercharge it at grassroots level with techniques that build innovation muscle, inspiring new ideas locally and for our partners abroad.
These techniques are wide-ranging. Design4Delight inspires our entrepreneurial employees to bring more than 250 innovations to market. Rapid Experimentation helps us generate many rough prototypes, then test them repeatedly until the winner emerges. Lean StartIN and Idea Jams jump-start ideas. Incubation Weeks teach small teams how to design and code their ideas in just five days. Brainstorm is a hub that allows us to connect and crowdsource new concepts. And unstructured time encourages our people to spend 10% of their working hours pursuing an idea they're passionate about.
Women in tech
Formed in January 2013, Tech Women @ Intuit (TWI) is a group of women who volunteer their time and talent to make Intuit an awesome place for female technologists.
The Intuit Women’s Network (IWN) focuses on recruiting top female talent, retaining and developing existing women at all levels, and promoting women into leadership roles. It’s an amazing community that’s behind a wide range of initiatives including motivational talks by women in technology, early and mid-career working groups, Girl Geek Dinners, programs that help women technologists return to the workforce after a break and the Grace Hopper conference. These activities create an inspiring workplace for an increasing number of female employees who have helped rank Intuit India number 3 for Best Companies in Supporting Women to Remain at Work.
Inspiring. Illuminating. Innovative. This is how our university graduates describe our amazing work culture and people. Our supportive environment helps them quickly turn their fresh ideas into reality.
