Almost one third of the world's adult population lack access to financial services. ONE THIRD. That's a lot of people missing out on all the good the industry can do. UN data suggests that better access to financial services would help more people out of poverty and improve health and wellbeing, education and gender equality. Financial inclusion means making sure individuals and businesses have access to useful and affordable financial products and services, delivered responsibly and sustainably. We've all got a part to play in that says professor of fintech Dr Karen Elliott who shared her advice for being authentic and inclusive on Iress's Upfront podcast.
