Advice to ManagementFollow through on promised tools and change the culture to a customer first with accountability. Clean house of those who do not put the customer first. Communicate honestly and keep every department
InterviewIt was a casual interview with the owner first. A general description of the company was given and then a tour of the facility. Then a second interview was given by the head engineer where my skills were assessed. A pretty casual and laid back interview. Very informative.
