I worked at KPMG full-time
1. Domain expertise
2. Flexible working hours and locations
3. Industry par salary
1. Long term engagements
2. Non-clear demarcation of responsibilities across different job roles
The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (New Delhi).
1st round was face to face and askrd general question about the how to handle the client after the project is delivered. Final round was face to face and the Manger was full of attitude and kept his legs on the table during the interview. He was more concerned about my age rather than how i work and moreover interested in my family affairs. He likes to hire only people coming from multi national companies not from the small companies run by India entrepreneurs.
