Interview
Interview Process Overview: I recently went through a four-round interview process for the [Position Name] role at [Company Name]. Here's my feedback and experience for each round, including the approximate duration of each round: 1. First Round - Online Test (Aptitude and Behavioral Questions): Duration: Approximately 45 minutes In the initial round, I encountered an online test that included aptitude and behavioral questions. The questions were well-structured, and I felt that they effectively assessed my problem-solving skills and understanding of behavioral concepts. The duration was reasonable, allowing me to complete the test comfortably. 2. Second Round - Technical Round (Data Structures and OOPS): Duration: Approximately 40-50 minutes The second round was a technical interview in which I had to solve problems related to data structures and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts. The questions were of medium difficulty, and I was required to write code on paper. The interview lasted for around 40-50 minutes, giving me sufficient time to express my thought process and provide solutions. 3. Third Round - Behavioral and Managerial Round: Duration: Approximately 30-45 minutes The third round involved behavioral and managerial questions. Two interviewers were present—one focused on HR-related questions, and the other on situational inquiries. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss how I would handle challenging situations at work, including conflicts with teammates or managers. The interview lasted for about 30-45 minutes. 4. Fourth Round - CTO Round (Life Journey and Failures): Duration: Approximately 30-40 minutes In the fourth and final round, I had a conversation with the CTO about my life journey and past failures. This round also included discussions about the CTO's experiences. It was an engaging conversation that lasted around 30-40 minutes. I found it valuable to connect on a personal level with the CTO.Interview1.
