Interview process was good but when time to offer they backstabber

I had two times decline the schedule the Interview,
Before giving the interview i already given my aspiration and expected ctc
i have cleared 2 round and documentation done ,After giving my compenstation letter they decline to give hike as discuss earlier with hr team, management have not budget to give that much amount .InterviewFileInputStream class get -settings-from-a-text-file-in-java Inheritance Project of the previous organization Java Basics
