Did you ever crack an interview where responsibilities were way too more that what you anticipated and started feeling I was better off in my previous job? Did you feel you don't deserve this job even though you followed the same process as everyone else? How to cope up with this feeling? How common is this? Is this all about self confidence?

I am in late 20 and stuck in a project where there are late hours work.My parents are supportive and each day i feel what i am doing i dont talk to them they bring food for me and i feel like i am going in depression.Soon i am getting married and because of this nature my mom is tensed that ki Tera aage kya hoga.I am have become irritated person juggling hard to manage my personal n professional life.Waha pe manager khush nhi Yaha ghar waale nhi.Resign maardo kya thode din peaceful life jeena chahti hu

I am in a confusion, I have gone through an interview and salary discussion and the panel said ok. Now they are telling me waiting approval like whenever I ask. How can I deal with it. I'm in desperately need of an new job.

Hi Fishes, In a serious trouble. My joining got delayed in TCS by a month and moved to July. So I joined ITC infotech, but the culture is really horrible. So I am thinking to not continue any more and wait for TCS on boarding. What can be done to avoid notice period and without failing the BGV of TCS/any other company? Pls help🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
