HighRadius Technologies

I could not keep this to myself to what is happening at HighRadius. One of the company's principle is "Call BS on your boss." This also means that you can expect clarity from the higher ups. However, there is no such thing. After we become fulltime employees in July 2022, we were told that there will be a 3 month probation period. Even after 5 months they confirmed the probation of some employees only. One of my colleague achieved over 130% of his KPIs but his probation was not confirmed.
