Hi All, I'm serving notice period in TCS but they are trying to retain me by offering me same compensation as my current offer. Is this a trap or what would be consequences if I stay back. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hello fishes, Need suggestions. i am trying to switch my job bt even after getting selected i am not receiving offer letter. After sharing docs for BGV, HR either stop respnding or some get back saying they won't be able to fulfill my ask.i'm asking for 30-40% hike only.i am depressed due to this and it's been a month now. Hello All, I have cleared all the interview rounds of TCS, now they are asking for documents and pf history details. But I had omitted my first company experience from resume as I didn't have experience and relieving letter for that company .But the company details are visible in pf service history. What can I do?
