Timings between onshore and offshore to be made a little more adjustable
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group.
It was a very long interview process - Applied via a referral back in December of last year and just started there this week! Had about ten 30-45 minute interviews with various people at different times. Met with a number of stakeholders from various parts of the business which gave me a very good idea of what the job is all about. I think the decision for officer-level people is definitely consensus-based as indicated by prior reviews.
Started with an HR phone screen and then the manager phone screen. Then met with a number of people on the phone as they were located all over the country. There were long periods of silence from the company, but I persisted because I was not looking to move from my comfortable job. The negotiation was easy and they essentially gave me what I asked for!
