I have been working at Linklaters full-time

    Pros

Good salary, excellent skilled colleagues, you get to see the biggest matters in the market. You learn a lot and you can develop your skills very well. In addition, you get a very good reputation in your CV.

    Cons

You really get to work a lot and you are expected to have a lot of availability. Even on weekends or holidays you have to keep an eye on your phone and make some sacrifices.

    Advice to Management

Good work, the biggest challenge is clearly to find a more balanced life for employees. It is not clear that this will ever arrive.

    Commercial Manager Interview

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Linklaters (London, England (UK)) in December 2017.

    Interview

Two people panel for interview with no HR, it was a two stage process with next stage being with HR as final candidate. Average questions, lasted 30 minutes, seemed friendly and a little too informal, with no question structure
