Culturally what they are going for at the Support Center is great, low pressure, flexible scheduling, early office closure, etc.
Pay is average to above average.
It is easy to network and grow your career.
There are two cons:
The first is the culture. The culture is great at the Support Center level, but management has not successfully permeated the culture to the centers. Going to different centers is like traveling to completely different companies.
The second is the structure. Main Event has a very top heavy culture. The result is nothing ever gets done, or conversely people go Rambo and implement half-finished projects without considering the impact of their choices.
