- Senior management doesn't interact much with junior employees and hence don't recognize their potentials.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (Bengaluru) in February 2016.
i was applied through campus recruitment. Process took nearly a month.there were 4 rounds !st aptitude with Technical online test, then technical F2F for shortlisted students which covers all basic questions & programming. then Technical Interview in their office if shortlisted then HR. in technical they covers all basic & programs too
