Mission: Changing the way digital marketing is learned and deployed in the marketplace!
I worked at Market Motive part-time (Less than a year)
Very open and friendly staff, I worked as a digital marketing intern during the semester and got some great exposure to marketing techniques and common practices. I transitioned to paid video editing/production over the summer and was very happy with my time here. Interns were involved in weekly company meetings which was really cool to be a part of.
Working on video editing and production does get repetitive, but I enjoyed my time working on curriculum videos. Biggest con was that I didn't learn more about marketing techniques as I was busy chopping up video.
Advice to Management
It would have been really cool to be given more responsibility but as a short term member of the intern staff, it makes sense to stick to one area of focus.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Market Motive.
The Interview process was very easy, I got to know my supervisor really well. Questions were very basic like any other interview, great place to start.
