I have been working at Mastercard full-time (More than a year)
Best work culture and Employee centric organisation
No Cons to highlight as of now
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Mastercard (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2014.
Round 1 was Aptitude Test which was quite easy.
This round was followed by 3 interviews. Some puzzles and case study questions were asked. Also some questions related to C++ were asked. Other questions were basic HR questions. After clearing these rounds, I got a call from Singapore for a telephonic round. It was a HR round. Questions about projects and internships were asked.
