I worked at Medtronic full-time (More than 3 years)
+ Great Collaborative Team
+ Challenging Projects
+ Innovations and Improvements are given importance
++ Employees are not referred as resources!! (resources meant objects)
the usual stuff which i have seen everywhere, nothing to call specifically.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Medtronic (Hyderabad) in January 2014.
Campus selection, Pane based, People from all departments, software, system, reliability, testing, HR etc Positive people. I was in informal torn jeans, shoes, and shirt but confident. They want a little knowledge about each EE, CS etc. if you want to crack the interview
