Solid President in Trever. I have seen him handle multiple situations from sales to employees to operations and he is pretty much spot on with a thoughtful assessment. He is looking for results and I don't get the vibe that it is a 'play favorites' environment.
Solid Federal sales leadership and support team.
The software is top notch. I am just not seeing much in terms of poor quality bugs or slap dash solutioning.
I have all the tools I need - no problems there.

I have not done a detailed check, but we could have more marketing dollars behind us - it's important!
There are some business process which could be cleaned up, but nothing that is a major problem. It's just a little frustrating when you first start.
Advice to Management
Team work, knowledge sharing are OK, but could be streamlined.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Metalogix Software (Washington, DC (US)) in March 2014.
quick turnaround, be prepared to explain numbers at previous employment, how you'd hit quota working here etc. emphasis on prospecting and transactional sales would be crucial to landing the job.
