    Interview

The process was standard. I made it to the final round where I interviewed with 4 individuals over the course of 2 days since we are remote. I was told the interview was purely behavioral by the recruiter and even asked if there was any technical I needed to prepare for, which the answer was no. One of my interviews turned out to be a technical which I was not ready for. My advice to Microsoft is to make sure the recruiter and hiring team are on the same page. This was a poor experience as I did very well in the of other 3 rounds. I also received a rejection email on a Saturday and that to me is not appropriate and is a poor experience.
