I have been working at Microsoft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Microsoft is full of knowledge and hands on experience on Windows. New and variety of technologies to discover.

    Cons

Support center is only in Bangalore, I wish it was in other locations too. Joined as a Vendor so I hope they stop this vendor and FTE differentiation, We do the same work afterall.

    Advice to Management

Please stop Vendor and FTE differentialization. I would not recommend anyone join as a "VENDOR"

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Microsoft.

    Interview

coding round was conducted in college which had very easy questions. Selected students were called for group-fly round which was also very easy. But there was too much focus on maintaining hiring sex-ratio and hence I was not selected.

too much focus on sex ratio in group fly round
