    Positive Outlook

    I have been working at Mollie full-time (More than 3 years)


    Mollie is one of those companies where they do not only say they solve problems in the best way possible but actually enables you to do so. You can take time to actually create well tailored code and this is a mentality that lives with every programmer at Mollie.

    It also makes me really feel at home, working with a lot of great minds and generally nice people makes me a really happy developer.


    As with many companies the future roadmap is not always that clear. I feel like this is where Mollie could really improve.

    Advice to Management

    Making the future of the company more transparent and clear could really make us Mollies believe in it and have more passion about it.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mollie (Amsterdam (Netherlands)) in April 2019.


    I had 2 interview rounds for my position at Mollie: one with the hiring manager, next step to get to know my team (via hangouts). The recruiter and the hiring manager were in continuous contact with me via phone/ e-mail and always available for follow-up questions. They were really flexible with making appointments with me (late afternoon), since I was employed during the application process. Overall, they gave me a short feedback after each round, which was really nice, to better have a feeling right away how it went.
    What I really liked is, that as soon as I got the offer, employees of the company started to welcome me to the team via LinkedIn.
