I worked at Monster Energy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun, great networking opportunities, great pay, and great hours.

    Cons

There are times in which you are exposed to people who are under the influence of alcohol and the sometimes you work with people who take the “party” aspect of Monster and bring that into the workplace. However having the great leader like I did helped eliminate those issues

    Advice to Management

    Alcohol/ drug test employees periodically.
