    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at NIKE (New Delhi) in September 2015.

    Interview

I got the information from the university fair and I found it matches my background pretty well. So I go directly to the Nike's website and sent them my basic information and CV. After I sent the CV, I got A online interview two days later. The whole interview is about 20 minutes. It is understandable of Nike's hiring team to arrange the interview online and then choose the time we are available. Generally speaking, I am pretty satisfied with the way.
