    Interview

Got a call directly from the hiring manager and scheduled an interview. Came in 2 weeks later and was interviewed by a panel. 2 managers and the director. Asked transmission/distribution questions, how the system operated, leadership questions, scenario questions, etc. Then was told I would be hearing from them. Took over a month for a call back, but was worth it.

Company Updates

  • Congratulations to our newest apprentice linemen! Over the course of three weeks, they climbed more than 800 hours combined, including to the top of a 100 ft. pole. They also completed pole top, bucket and vault rescue training, among other exercises.

  • For two weeks this past April, employees joined teams traveling to the small, developing country of Suriname in order to train local linemen, improve the safety culture, donate gear and tools, and just help wherever needed. They make this trip annually, and we're proud to support their efforts.
