Pros
Namekart has given me a plethora of opportunities. I can try new things, improvise and innovate new ways to get tasks done. The Managers are pretty transparent and care about their employees' wellbeing. The best part about Namekart is it's Work Environment. The company supports two-way communication and makes employees feel heard. The work is pretty interesting too which helps me wear multiple hats and scales me professionally.
