    Cons

No wage increase even though you have been with the company for two years

    Advice to Management

Should conduct annual reviews and assess whether the employee is eligible for a wage increment

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nando's Canada (London, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

It was a pretty easy, casual interview. The manager and assistant manager introduced themselves first, then got right into the questions. The manager reacts well to whatever response you give him, and he also writes down your answers.

    Interview Questions

    • What would you do if there was an angry customer?   1 Answer
    • When was a time you faced difficulties and how did you overcome it?   1 Answer
