Lead Data Engineer

Last day I got surprised after listening to Tata Consultancy HR Firstly they call anytime to have HR discussion without any formal invite and assumes candidate is free to have such discussion anytime . Now the HR told max they can offer 20.5 LPA . I am already holding offer of 26LPA and currently at 16(20%hike is effective from July 1 ,making it 19.2) . They took two round of interviews three weeks back , collected and verified all documents and called today to discuss unexpected. Mood off
