Getting laid off from Meta. But thanks to the severance (which is great), the cash in hand will increase to 1.3 Crore. Plus two properties. I'll get rent from one, live in another. No loan will be left. Monthly payout will be about 1L. Plus no loan car. I'm 41. Thinking of retiring after 5 years... What do you say Sharks?

Please help me choose an option- TCS — 16 LPA — 13 LPA fixed — 1.3 variable Hybrid (3 days a week) Wipro — 17 LPA — 14.4 LPA Fixed — 1.3variable WFO T-Systems — 18.5 LPA — 18 LPA Fixed — no var Hybrid (2 days a week) Also T-systems providing joining in June however both Wipro and TCS postponed it to July for some reason. What do you fishes think of this? 1. Become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in one tech? 2. Keep learning new skills every year and grow the list? Thought of this recently looking at the openings and then the interviews on a particular skill. You are expected to have 5-6 years of experience on techs which are lunched in the market just 7-8 years back. But where does this end? In your expert opinions which one is the better path and sustainable path?
