Software Engineer

Hello there, I observed one thing. Non Hindi speaking people find it very hard to work in Indian IT. There is this inherent culture to speak in Hindi all the time as many North Indians are in IT today. I work in a product based company in Bangalore and these folks often talk in Hindi in official meetings despite saying. Feels disrespectful. This is happening in Bangalore. Official mode of communication should be English but they are discriminatory.. Has anyone else been facing this?

    Pros

    The company has a great outlook and a streamlined working way. The team is a mixture of young, enthusiastic and passionate people that make it fun to be with together. We have the great privilege of working with the Founder and CEO directly who guides and mentors us. The other department members are also quite fun to be around.

    Cons

    The market conditions have changed a few things but I am glad may experience and learning here at an increasing slope only.

      There were 2 rounds of interview. Both were mostly about DSA questions. They did ask some questions from resume. Explain the project. Take your time while answering coding problems but get it right.

    Times have changed. The definition of normal has changed. It feels like we've lived an eternity in these few months. So when the world is topsy-turvy and uncertainty looms over, we decided to keep our office doors open. To who exactly? To all the adventurers and learners! We aimed to never let hope fade away. While Covid19 put blinders on going to the office, we ensured that none of our offer letters were ever revoked. For all the college graduates, freshers and aspirants, we provided flexible and extendable internship opportunities. We're committed to our FTEs and interns alike, hence there were no salary or stipend cuts either. Being a company that’s all about tech, we ensure that work from home was smooth and as seamless as being next to each other. We’re also looking for various applicants for full-time positions and internship for a unique job opportunity.
