I worked at Next Generation Marketing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing culture & environment, I learned a lot from NGM. Also, the CEO of the company is experienced, quite knowledgeable, and he taught me a lot, this is one of the reasons why I worked for NGM for 2 consecutive years. when you work for a company & there's a room to grow and develop your skills, I think everyone should take advantage of it. It's a great place to work for especially if you are looking for management & entrepreneurial skills.

    Cons

Each company has problems & if there're no problems it means that the company is not growing.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up your amazing job!!

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Next Generation Marketing (Pleasanton, CA (US)) in September 2014.

    Interview

They were very professional when they contacted me. I initially missed their call and they e-mailed me immediately to notify me that they were interested in speaking with me. When I called them back, they scheduled me for an interview right away. I met with the hiring manager who had a very professional demeanor and he was not intimidating. He was very easy to talk to and actually apologized for talking so much. He said it would take a few days to get back to me however, he called me back later that evening to schedule me for a second interview. The second interview was more of a hands on test run to see if you would fit the company. Then a third interview was given before any talk about getting the position. Luckily the third interview was a paid one.

    Interview Questions

    • Did my decision to leave my previous employer end up working to my benefit and how?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

No negotiation because it is commission based.
