I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Bengaluru) in August 2015.
Aptitude round, after which is Group Discussion, followed by HR interview, and finally Operations Round interview by the manager.
The quality of the rounds during the interview process is very good and most of the candidates do no succeed the preliminary round tself.
