The good working atmosphere and excellent talented people around. Most of the team members are team players and smart workers. They give their 100% to achieve company/organization goals. Management always listens to their employees to improve the quality of the product and process. You will definitely get appreciation and benefits for your hard work and efforts.

Great place for freshers, supportive colleagues/leads will guide and help whenever you need support. Most of the employees are very friendly, they will not think about hierarchy and positions.
Cons
Few members of the team are money minded (yes money is important), but we need to expect that based on how much effort you are investing.
Advice to Management
Good to have an in-house meeting every month so that everyone in the team will get the clear idea of organization's goals and achievements.
