I have been working at Ocado Technology full-time

    Pros

Ocado Tech is a market leader
You work hard but there are lots of opporunities and benefits, some flexible working and share plans.
Tech really aims to keep their employees happy - It's not perfect but there is a culture of communication and openness. Management pretty much maintains an open door policy.
Believe in autonomy and there is some leeway (depending on bandwidth) to work on things outside your immediate purview.

    Cons

Some areas of the business are more progressive than others! Look into the area / team you'll be joining.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ocado Technology.

    Interview

Two step process, First interview by a contractor with no HR person present. Description of the company was not comprehensive, and the team description was poor as they were still building the team. Basic competency questions for a BA.
