Last week our team toured @ctr4chr where we learned more about their mission and explored their exhibits such as: Freedom Riders, Human Rights Champions and the history of lunch counter sit-ins. We’re thankful for these opportunities to learn, understand and get involved in the fight for freedom within our own community!

At OxBlue, we are proud to have professional development that goes beyond our day-to-day tasks and helps the entire company be more inclusive of others. This month, we had @BuckDavis join us for a work seminar called, Think Inclusively: Unconscious Bias at Work. We learned many insightful objectives, but most importantly we dove into real world scenarios and how to best approach them.
