Hello All, I’m 25f unmarried and currently I’m having in-hand salary of 1.15 Lac PM ( post taxes ) . I do not have any loan or any high expenses as of now. PLEASE GUIDE ME Im having 4.5 years of experience in IT PMO. Data Analysis with power Bi, VBA and project management of both SDLC and telecom services. My joining and CTC is same 4.7 LPA and I joined my current company 2 years back and haven’t got any hike till now. Got excellent client reviews and ratings and emailed multiple times to my manager to give at-least a decent hike as i feel my ctc is too low. He is keep ignoring my emails and never replying even to multiple reminders.

Hi Fishes, I left IBM around 40 days back. But the full n final settlement is still pending. Due to which the relieving letter is not yet generated. I have checked the status as pending with asset team. I have sent asset through courier and is delivered as courier team confirmed. In touch with the asset team, but they are saying will check n get back to u from last 20 days. Any other point of contact to whom we can contact? From Separation team, nobody is responding. Pls help.IBM Tata Consultancy Infosy

Initial interview went great with their internal recruiter who contacted me first. I was told that they were hiring quickly and that I was being “fast tracked” to an interview with the hiring manager due to my experience. From there it went nowhere even as I kept following up with their internal recruiter who kept telling me everyone was busy. After reading about the company culture on here I’m glad it didn’t go anywhere. Base pay mentioned was on the lower side.
