For 70 years, PUMA has relentlessly pushed sport and culture forward by creating fast products for the world’s fastest athletes. Our Headquarters lies at the center of it all. Everything about our working culture is built to inspire our Speed & Spirit to become our best selves and unleash the work of our lives.

But what’s work without play? Our Headquarters is built around our sporting lifestyle, from our organic canteen to on-site soccer fields and basketball courts to a variety of indoor sports activities and a brand-new gym. There’s always plenty of action going on to inspire our Speed & Spirit.

PUMA Global Headquarters with over 1000 employees, is located in the heart of Herzogenaurach in Southern Germany, in-between Frankfurt and Munich. Anyone with a sporting mind-set will thrive here and the locals will tell you that Herzo combines a cosy Franconian atmosphere with a global attitude.

Who are we looking for?

At PUMA, we go fast, but like PUMA founder Rudolf Dassler says, speed is nothing, if we leave our PUMA spirit behind. That same SPEED & SPIRIT is what drives us today, and it’s what we look for in candidates looking to help us push sport and fashion forward.

Self-driven and passionate performers, who exhibit a knack for out of the box thinking, tend to do well here. But most of all, you need to be a team player.

With over 60 nationalities represented in our headquarters, we attract the best people from all over the globe, and are proud to have one of the strongest talent development programs around. So, if you want to accelerate your career in a dynamic and empowering work environment, show us your SPEED & SPIRIT, and blow us all away.

So you’ve made the decision to apply to PUMA. That’s great, we’re excited. A little advice?

To help us succeed at PUMA we also keep some simple values in mind to guide our daily work. They encourage us to BE DRIVEN in our performance, BE VIBRANT in our sporting legacy, BE TOGETHER in our team spirit, and BE YOU, so that our individual talents and experiences are always brought to the table.

Like we said, simple, but also highly motivating. Now you know a little more about us, we look forward to learning more about you.

When it comes to impressing us, we’re not a difficult bunch, but we are demanding.

Most successful candidates separate themselves by presenting a motivating personality and skillset with a clear perspective on their potential impact on PUMA. Here are some questions to think about when applying:

  • Why you? Convince us that you are the best fit for the position.
  • What makes you unique? Tell us how your personality makes you special.
  • Why PUMA? What makes us the best employer for you?
  • What do you think it takes to succeed at PUMA? What separates you from the pack?

Lastly, if you get invited to meet us, just remember that at PUMA, every day is casual Friday, so relax and leave suit and tie at home.

Applying for a job at PUMA is easy. Just go to our career page and apply online. Simply open your preferred job posting, click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps for uploading your application. And remember, we are an international company, so English is our corporate language.

    Easy Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PUMA in May 2017.

Received a call from a recruitment agency for an opening as a planner in Puma. Accepted the interview and was invited for it in two days. The first round was a h.r round, where questions on your past work experience and history of Puma was asked. The second round was with the planning manager, where he quizzed about the depth of technical knowledge-excel and VBA. Salary expectations were asked- they really do not pay market standard for planners. The office ambience was good and the people looked relaxed.
