The company is full of exceptional talent and the culture is a healthy balance of Mission, People, and Results.
Cons
Like all companies on a steep growth trajectory, we have our own growing pains. However, with these comes opportunity for new experiences and problem solving. If you are looking for a position where you follow a strict regime of instructions day in and day out, there are positions for you here....but the environment is likely much better suited for someone looking to drive continuous improvement through cross functional collaboration with experienced colleagues who are also subject matter experts within their respective disciplines.

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me and we had a great conversation. He was very interested in moving me forward in the interview process. After several follow up emails, only one of which was responded to letting me know he would get back to me early the following week to set something up with the hiring manager. I never heard anything back. Very disappointing. Just let the candidates know if it's not moving forward.InterviewWalk me through your resume.
