3 hours ago Meet Vijay, a Quality Analyst at shaadi.com! Vijay's journey at shaadi.com started as a VIP Consultant in the service team in December 2019. After over 2.5 years in that role, Vijay showed keen interest in a career in Technology and wanted to try his hands in Tech to contribute towards something that has a great impact on the customer's experience. But, he wanted to do this with shaadi.com, for what he says 'Shaadi.com has taken great care of their employees during COVID! While layoffs were happening, shaadi.com continued to hire some great talent and there was no threat to job stability. He went to his Manager Ajit Nair, Director customer service, and conveyed how he wanted to switch roles. Even though he was not from a technical background, his manager supported him all the way. So he caught hold of everything he could to learn and get started with his Technology journey, he learned it online, with the help of his friends, and a few offline classes as well. He was ready with the preparation, went through the stringent interview rounds, and cleared it. As a result,
