This company is all about the show. They like to act like they’re the fastest growing and would love to brag about how they could probably offer you better service at a cheaper price which is in fact all true.
This agency is structured off loose values and favouritism. There are high standards to uphold if you are lower level however those standards do dwindle as it rises up the chain of command. These aren’t honest people and play a very cunning game. They are good at telling you what you want to hear while ripping you off and back stabbing you.
Advice to Management
Answer your phones and take care of your employees, both internal and temps. Upper Management, you guys should be setting the bar not laying down law as you do a you please. Step up your game and fix up your good for nothing upper management and payroll team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at People Store (Mississauga, ON (Canada)) in October 2012.
Comfortable, laid back enviroment. Met management team and was asked a series of questions. Followed up with reference checks, then made the offered and started a week later. Very welcoming on the first day, was taken out for lunch with the owner,
