    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Sundergarh) in October 2016.

    Interview

The selection procedure was based on the following rounds:

    1. Psychometric Round
It consisted of 120 questions, which were in essence just a set of 8-10 questions asked in different ways.

    2. Group Discussion
My topic was "Smart Phones are making people dumber".

    3. Personal Interview
The interview wasn't technical or HR. 3 people were called in at once and we were asked about ourselves - our family background, interests etc.
