    Pros

extremely good work culture. Friendly environment.

    Cons

number of products work on the same line.

    Advice to Management

Should focus on the product working on the same line. They must look into whether any employee is underpaid. They must focus on falling share price.

    Data Engineer Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate in Pune

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pitney Bowes (Pune) in February 2020.

    Interview

Got a call from consulting firm, Exertia, the interview got scheduled in a day, attended the interview, need to document a lot prior to interviewing they give you a 4 page form you need to fill in each detail (which is there in resume of almost everyone) in 3 pages.

Then the interview begins, he was a rude guy, didn't even greet you in response, does try to make like he knows everything and you don't. Though interview is yours and not his. 😂

    The process was quite hectic.

They didn't mentioned about the skill set needed in JD and asked non skill set related questions.

One of them was differences between partitionby and rank function. Pathetic, the are related and not differ, but the idiot thought and asked this I made him realize and then he says, you know things, but not all! I mean series, who hired you man!
