    Pros

Very encouraging environment to excel and sharpen your skills. The leaders are always providing you opportunities to shine and it’s on you to make the best use of it

    Cons

The onus on the US team is a lot and sometimes they try to dictate terms just because of seniority and being in the company since ages

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and enable people to lead projects and deliver
