    Principal Software Engineer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in United States

    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pivotus Ventures (United States)

    Interview

Interview process started when the recruiter reached out to me based on my linked in profile. Current project I am working on had similarities. First call was with recruiter, to tell about company and job followed by hiring manager's phone interview regarding my background and profile. Then an onsite interview.

When I went for onsite interview I noticed the culture of the company was unique. While I was waiting for interviewer in lobby, everyone walking by cared and wanted to help.

Interview was well organized, I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

I had walking interview with product manager, that stands out among others.

I had competing offers, but still this company culture, growth opportunities, striked me.
