    I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Pontoon Solutions (Bengaluru) in April 2016.


    2 Rounds of interview, First Call with HR from Recruitment followed by Face 2 Face Discussion. The Telephonic Discussion with HR was more of introductory round were HR inquired more about my career goals, experience, communication, flexibility for the role,etc. and gave me a brief about what opening they have and what exactly they are looking for in any candidate.

    The Second round was with their Program Manager & Program Director. This round was not like usual interview conversation where Interviewers usually start with shooting question the moment any candidates walks-in & Candidates have to please them to get that job. They firstly explained what their process is all about and what exactly is their expectations with anyone on this role. Later it was more of a 2way discussion where they were checking me for my behavior, my communication, my different ways of reacting to any kind of escalations, ways of responding to any situation, client management, on if I can be a good team player or not, flexibility for work, my strengths & weaknesses, career goals, aspirations, etc followed by my normal introduction about my academic & career experience.

    Unlike normal interviews where usually Candidates have to agree for every small things what an Interviewer is asking for & where Candidates have to please Interviewers to get that Job, Interview / Discussion with Pontoon was completely different in all parameters. Very impressed with their whole process of interviewing Candidate. Whether you are selected or not, Pontoon will definitely give you a pleasant experience. All the discussion with different representative of Pontoon during the process of Selection was wonderful.
