    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (United States)

    Interview

I applied online and did the personality test and cognitive assessment. About a week or two later, I received an email from a University recruiter and scheduled a phone interview. The interview had 5 behavioral and 2 situtational questions and time at the end for me to ask questions. I got an email a week or so after that requesting a final interview. This interview process included an hour-long introduction into P&G, 2 hour-long project reviews with current R&D engineers, and a final interview with a panel of engineers. The final interview was set up the same as the first: 5 behavioral and 2 situational questions. I got a call the next day with a verbal offer and received a formal offer two days after.

Name a time you had to lead an unmotivated team. Name a time that you had to overcome obstacles to achieve your goal. Name a time you increased productivity and decreased waste.
