Cons
Company doesn't invest in their ppl - only cares about gettung to a billion dollars. They don't care how or who gets them there.
Good talent has left within last year.
No 401k match
Constant territory changes - no motivation for sales teams
Culture is toxic - lots of back staving
Everyone in fear on being on chopping block now that everyone isn't close to hitting quota.
Advice to Management
Be realistic and invest in ppl. Executives need to gain a better perspective of what's going on ground level.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Proofpoint (Sunnyvale, CA (US)) in October 2017.
Interview
30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. Followed by an in person interview with 3 managers and potential co-worker. No feedback regarding job even after 1 week. I eventually realized no offer would be forthcoming.
Interview Questions
Our Broomfield, CO team recently spent time with a local group who assists children and families facing difficult life challenges such as abuse, neglect, crisis situations and poverty. Together they organized over 5k pounds of donations that will serve 445 kids!
Our Security Products engineering team enjoyed a fun day at the Santa Cruz beach!
