    Pros

Good prospects though heavily dependant on which branch you work in and management.

    Cons

Some branch managers have been found guilty of bullying staff. Customers tend to be more valued than staff.

    Advice to Management

Attend unconcious bias training. Introduce verbal and psychological bullying guidlines. Stop using the Provi Police to frighten staff. Value the staff.

    Interview

Phone interview for 30 minutes then invited on site for face to face interview.

I was given 45 minutes test. I completed all questions it was very basic so i was confident that i will make it through.
After that test face to face interview mostly discussions around my CV my skills and projects
    NO TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ASKED.
I was declined because i could not answer technical questions.
I was surprised because i was not even asked any tech questions and they even not provided any feedback.
I am not sure why they did like this.
Interviewers were good had a very friendly discussion but not sure why they given this feedback i was expecting in detail response.
