I have been working at Public Company Accounting Oversight Board full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are top notch. You get a lot of freedom to complete projects.

Sometimes the projects you work on don't come to fruition so that can be a little frustrating. There is also a lot of red tape, it can take a lot of time to get anything done.

    Advice to Management
